Warehouse Associate

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a warehouse. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory records, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities 1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documents. 2. Arrange and store products in designated warehouse locations. 3. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch. 4. Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles. 5. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements. 6. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies. 7. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss. 8. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse. 9. Assist with stock replenishment and warehouse organization. 10. Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. 11. Report damaged, missing, or defective products to the supervisor. 12. Support other warehouse activities as assigned by management. Qualifications and Requirements - Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; OND or equivalent is an advantage. - Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an added advantage. - Ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely. - Basic numerical and record-keeping skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems. - Honest, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
