Warehouse Associate/Driver Backup

Warehouse Associate / Order Picker Shift: Monday - Friday : 6:00AM-2:00PM (Unless Driving) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role are to pick orders, load trucks and stock shelves. The ideal candidate will have experience in order picking, quality control, scanning/scanners, and operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. Additionally, this person would maintain a Dot Physical card and help with delivering customer orders if needed. Responsibilities: - Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on provided specifications - Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders - Operate forklifts to move and organize stock within the warehouse - Assist in shipping and receiving processes - Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting when necessary Additional Responsibilities as-needed: Delivering products to our customers. Safely securing items to prevent damage during transportation Driving routes to locations while following any special instructions Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries Completing all necessary paperwork thoroughly and clearly "Checking-in" all orders to ensure accuracy Skills: - Proven experience in order picking and quality control - Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Prior experience working with box trucks, or similar vehicles Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures Familiarity with commercial driving practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment with room for growth and development.
