Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team in a dynamic warehouse role focused on shipping, receiving, and customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Shipping: Process and ship orders from various sales channels, including phone orders, our website, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Sideline Swap, and others. Print accurate shipping labels and ensure timely fulfillment with a high level of attention to detail. Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, count inventory accurately, and stock items in their designated locations within the warehouse. Customer Service: Communicate with customers via email and phone, providing order updates, tracking information, and assistance with lost items, returns, and exchanges. Required Skills: Previous experience in shipping and receiving operations. Proficiency with QuickBooks and shipping software. Comfortable using phones and computers for daily tasks.
