Warehouse Associate

Job Summary Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing receiving processes, maintaining accurate stock levels, and packaging jobs for our new construction residential plumbing operation, helping us to deliver exceptional service to our customers and homebuilders. This position offers an introduction to the plumbing trade, with an opportunity to become familiar with the pieces and parts related to plumbing, providing a growth path for those interested in plumbing, if desired. Organizational skills and attention to detail are important in this job, which help to contribute directly to our company’s success. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management and inventory management software Pick, pack, and prepare material packages for crews to take out to jobs Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct regular inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels. Collaborate with team members on warehouse distribution tasks, including stocking shelves and organizing storage areas for maximum efficiency. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred, but not required Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is desirable; certification is a plus.
