Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure safe handling of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately using scanners and warehouse management systems to meet customer expectations. Load outbound shipments onto trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and updates in ERP systems. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely within the facility. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment, including labeling and documentation when applicable. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying order accuracy, inspecting goods for damage, and processing inbound/outbound documentation. Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution and order picking processes. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely and standing or walking for extended periods. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking, picking & packing operations.
