Warehouse Associate/Clerk - Night Shift

In this vital role, you will handle order fulfillment and inventory management, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center to our customers. This position offers a fast-paced environment where every task you complete contributes directly to our success. This is a night shift position. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. This competency is critical for training purposes and understanding the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all safety guidelines. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, utilizing RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely shipment. Manage substitutions for order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with customer expectations while meeting quality standards. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, locations, and movements accurately. Conduct shipping logistics activities including labeling, documentation, and compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing and inventory updates within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, packaging items securely, and ensuring proper storage practices as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse distribution processes, support order fulfillment accuracy, and enhance overall warehouse operations. Requirements A high school diploma/GED is required. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly required. Experience working in a refrigerated environment is strongly preferred. Minimum 2-4 years/ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems is strongly preferred. Physical ability to regularly lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods during shift hours is required. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong basic math skills for counting stock quantities and calculating measurements or weights. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
