Warehouse Associate

Duties Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure proper stocking and organization of warehouse shelves to facilitate quick access and inventory accuracy. Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying trade compliance, and coordinating international trade regulations when applicable. Conduct data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking with precision. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following warehouse safety standards and procedures. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment to support overall warehouse health. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and logistics operations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus.
