Warehouse Associate

Position Summary The Warehouse Technician is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse to support Hosteeva’s vacation rental operations. This position assists with receiving and organizing inventory, tracking supplies, preparing items for delivery to properties, and ensuring housekeeping and maintenance teams have the materials they need to operate efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and store deliveries and inventory. Maintain an orderly warehouse and ensure supplies are stored in designated locations. Monitor inventory levels and communicate when supplies need to be reordered. Prepare and organize supplies, linens, equipment, and other items for delivery to vacation rental properties. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and transporting items as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and report damaged, missing, or defective items. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to fulfill supply requests. Assist with warehouse organization, cleaning, and general upkeep. Follow company procedures for inventory management, workplace safety, and equipment use. Perform other duties as assigned to support Hosteeva’s daily operations. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, or supply management experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks. Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment as required. Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on operational needs. Work Environment This position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and organizing inventory. The Warehouse Technician works closely with Hosteeva’s operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
