Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and condition. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker equipment and inventory management software. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems. Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse storage areas for optimal efficiency. Support shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Collaborate with team members to uphold warehouse safety protocols, improve processes, and achieve daily operational goals. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order picking, inventory counts, and shipping documentation. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance standards.
