Warehouse Associate

Job Overview: We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, materials handling, and maintaining the overall organization of the warehouse. Our goal is to grow this Position into a Full Time Warehouse Associate, and then potentially a Warehouse Manager Role in the future as the Brand grows. Responsibilities: - Perform order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and building orders accurately and efficiently - Utilize Shopify and Shipstation Software to print and organize Orders and Packing Slips, and to Analyze and Update Inventory levels for all products - Receive incoming shipments and verify their accuracy - Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the distribution center Skills: - Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Great Communication and Problem Solving Skills - Proficient in using Online Software such as Shopify and Shipstation - Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping/receiving - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks - Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse layout Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Experience: Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: San Diego, CA 92123 (Required) Work Location: In person
