A Cut Above UniformsLocation: Louisville, CO Company: A Cut Above Uniforms Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Compensation: $46,000-$50,000 About the Role A Cut Above Uniforms is looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse organized and running smoothly by supporting receiving, shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations. You’ll also have opportunities to assist with product alterations and facility upkeep as needed. Because we’re a small team, we’re looking for someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and ready to pitch in wherever help is needed. A Cut Above Benefit Summary Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Commitment to inclusivity, equity, & respect Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receiving & Shipping Help receive incoming materials and inspect items for damage or discrepancies Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments accurately Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation Communicate shipping or receiving issues to the appropriate team member Inventory Stock and organize materials and finished goods in designated locations Maintain clean, organized, and accessible inventory areas Ensure items are properly labeled, tagged, and stored Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records Warehouse Operations Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with general warehouse tasks and daily operational needs Follow company safety procedures and report hazards or equipment concerns Help with basic facility and property upkeep as needed Product Alterations & Team Support Provide backup support for basic product alterations as needed, such as hemming and adding buttonholes Learn and follow established procedures for alterations and other warehouse tasks Pitch in across the team as priorities change Support other operational needs as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required Dependable and willing to learn Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry Ability to follow instructions and established processes Good organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods What Success Looks Like In this role, success means being someone the team can count on to keep things organized, accurate, and moving forward.
