Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations through material handling, equipment movement, facility upkeep, and delivery support. This role ensures materials, tools, vehicles, and work areas are maintained in a safe, organized, and ready condition to support daily operations and field needs. Responsibilities - Deliver Materials and Equipment to Job Sites: Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as requested. - Support Equipment and Grounding: Assist with handling, staging, and organization of equipment and grounding materials. - Maintain Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness: Keep materials stored in designated locations and maintain clean, safe work areas. - Maintain and Clean Company Vehicles: Perform basic vehicle cleaning and light maintenance tasks to support fleet readiness. - Support Staging, Loading, and Returns: Assist with staging, loading, unloading, and processing returned materials and equipment. - Maintain Safe and Orderly Work Areas: Ensure warehouse and yard areas remain hazard-free and compliant with safety standards. - Support the Warehouse Team as Assigned: Assist the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Specialists with daily operational needs. Skills - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. - Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment. - Basic mechanical or equipment handling skills preferred. - Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Work Environment & Physical Demands - Warehouse, yard, and jobsite environments. - Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the workday. - Exposure to tools, equipment, and varying weather conditions. - Use of required PPE while performing warehouse and delivery tasks.
