Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and other. You could be trained and certified for operating industrial forklifts. Please make sure you are comfortable with the commute prior to applying. Our address is: 7760 Hwy 87 E San Antonio, TX 78263 We do work longer hours, including some weekends and nights before, during, and after our selling season. Our team is required to work heavier hours during the selling season including some weekends (primarily June/July & December/January). To compensate, we offer a 4-day work week for 6 months out of the year. Additionally, we offer an aggressive company holiday calendar that includes up to 13 paid days off per year plus vacation PTO. Major Responsibilities Prepare Orders by processing request ad supply orders PUl inventory, pack boxes, place orders in delivery area Maintain quality and safe service by following organizational standards Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse and yard clean Comply with company's procedures, rules, and regulations Contribute to team effort by accomplishing required results as needed Additional Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned by management Maintain a clean environment in the warehouse and yard Required Skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Regularly lift and/or move objects 15-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 80 lbs.
