Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and inventory management software Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload goods Maintain accurate data entry of inventory levels, shipping logs, and order details using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Organize stock in designated areas through stocking, labeling, and inventory management practices Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including packaging products securely for international trade or domestic delivery Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for inventory counts and order calculations Familiarity with shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging standards Ability to deliver exceptional customer service by accurately fulfilling orders and responding promptly to inquiries Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth warehouse distribution workflows This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in logistics and warehouse operations.
