Retail Operations Associate – Ashley Furniture Full-Time Career Opportunity About the Role We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Retail Operations Associate to help keep our Ashley Furniture store safe, clean, organized, and ready for our guests. This is a physical, fast-paced role that combines warehouse operations, inventory, product assembly, showroom support, cleaning, and basic store maintenance. You’ll help ensure products are properly handled, the warehouse and showroom stay organized, and the entire store is clean and presentable for our customers. From unloading trucks and completing inventory counts to assembling furniture, maintaining restrooms, cleaning the showroom, and helping with customer pickups, you’ll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly and creating a great shopping environment. What You’ll Do Unload incoming trucks and safely move product into the warehouse or showroom Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained retail warehouse Assist with inventory management and cycle counts Assemble furniture and other products as needed Tighten, adjust, and maintain showroom furniture and displays Assist the Visual Merchandiser with display setup and merchandising Make showroom lighting adjustments as needed Perform minor furniture repairs, touch-ups, dusting, and general product upkeep Assist customers with product pickups and safely load merchandise Maintain clean and presentable restrooms and other customer areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout the store Remove trash and maintain clean work areas Assist with painting and minor wall repairs as needed Keep the front entrance clean, including vacuuming and glass cleaning Perform basic showroom and facility maintenance Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the store What We’re Looking For Dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a hands-on role Previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to use basic hand and power tools, including a screwdriver, power drill, hammer, and Allen wrench Comfortable safely using an 8-foot ladder regularly Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests Why Join Regency Management Services?
