Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Perform order picking, packing, and inventory stocking to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and update records Conduct data entry tasks related to shipment documentation, inventory updates, and order processing with precision Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring compliance with trade and international trade regulations Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating logistics, managing shipping logistics, and preparing shipments for dispatch Adhere to safety protocols during all warehouse operations, including the use of forklifts and other material handling equipment Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation Valid certification for forklift operation is highly desirable; experience with pallet jacks and order pickers is a plus Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in stocking, picking & packing, and shipping processes Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives Join us as a Warehouse Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
