Warehouse Associate/Account Manager Hybrid Position

Looking for a job where no two days look exactly the same? RM Interiors is a national flooring company, and we’re looking for someone to join our Seattle team in a unique hybrid role. We need someone who is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. This position is approximately 50% Warehouse Associate and 50% Account Manager . You’ll help keep our warehouse and materials organized and job-ready, while also working directly with customers, visiting jobsites, taking measurements, preparing quotes, defining scope, and helping grow and retain customer relationships. This role will be a great fit for someone who likes both people and hands-on work . You might be staging material in the warehouse one part of the day and meeting with a customer or measuring a jobsite the next. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, follows through, and is willing to step in where needed. What You’ll Do Receive, organize, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming jobs Maintain an organized, accurate, and safe warehouse Verify materials are correct and ready before installation Help with loading materials and coordinating deliveries as needed Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers Serve as a primary point of contact for customer needs and questions Visit jobsites to take measurements and complete takeoffs Prepare quotes and clearly define the scope of work Work closely with Operations to ensure jobs are set up for success Communicate changes, concerns, or potential issues before they become bigger problems Help resolve customer concerns and make sure customers have a positive experience Look for opportunities to strengthen and grow existing customer relationships What We’re Looking For Dependable and willing to take ownership Strong communication and customer service skills Organized with good attention to detail Comfortable working in both warehouse and customer-facing environments Able to perform measurements, takeoffs, and scope development Experience in flooring, construction, warehouse operations, account management, or similar work is a plus Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Classification: Hourly, non-exempt Local travel is required for jobsite visits and customer meetings.
