FuturaconvertingJob Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your contributions will ensure smooth distribution processes and exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management software and ERP systems to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to specifications, utilizing RF scanners and order picker equipment. Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment to ensure timely processing of goods. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and adhering to safety standards. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking using inventory management software like AS400 or similar systems. Provide excellent customer service by accurately fulfilling orders, addressing inquiries related to shipments or stock availability, and supporting international trade regulations when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools. Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and inventory control. Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights or quantities. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing customer support when needed. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, packaging standards, order picking & packing processes, as well as international trade regulations if applicable.
