Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts to load and unload materials safely. Manage inventory through effective picking, packing, and stock organization within the distribution center. Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all products are accounted for and properly documented. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and maintain operational efficiency. Perform regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning. Build pallets for shipment while adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving shipping, receiving, or distribution center operations. Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling the candidate to troubleshoot minor equipment issues effectively. Experience with load/unload procedures and stock management will be beneficial for success in this role. A strong understanding of picking and packing processes will enhance operational efficiency.
