Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using order picking systems and inventory management software Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms Conduct stock replenishment, stocking, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and support efficient warehouse distribution Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping & receiving documentation, verifying trade compliance, and coordinating international trade regulations when applicable Operate warehouse equipment safely during load & unload activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, managing stock levels, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields with familiarity in inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory counts Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to maintain accurate records of shipments and stock movements Effective communication skills for customer service interactions and team collaboration Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and logistics best practices is a plus Join us in creating an energetic environment where your contributions directly impact our success!
