Warehouse Associate

We are in search of a flexible and reliable team member capable of performing all front-of-house retail tasks and warehouse/donation pickup responsibilities. This role supports daily operations in sales, customer service, donations, and logistics, helping to ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for customers, donors, volunteers, and staff. : Warehouse / Donation Processing - Receive, sort, and price incoming donations as directed - Move merchandise to and from the sales floor - Assist with staging, organization, and cleaning of warehouse areas - Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, and other equipment as trained - Drive ReStore truck to pick up scheduled donations - Provide professional, courteous service to donors - Load and unload items using proper lifting and securing methods - Complete donation forms and maintain a clean, safe vehicle - Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries - Operate the cash register and process sales accurately - Restock shelves and merchandise donations attractively - Maintain cleanliness and order in the retail area - Enforce store policies and support loss prevention efforts - Other duties as assigned : - Valid Alabama driver’s license with clean driving record (required) - Able to tolerate extreme heat and cold conditions - Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. regularly - Strong customer service and communication skills - Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons - Self-motivated, flexible, and mission-driven - Retail or warehouse experience is a plus -Clean MVR, criminal background check, drug screening Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
