Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, managing inventory, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update stock records accurately. Assist with order picking, packing, and staging to ensure timely order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries with proper documentation. Maintain accurate inventory counts through data entry, stock replenishment, and regular cycle counts using inventory management software. Support warehouse operations including stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, packaging products securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse distribution processes and ensure compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is highly preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications such as Excel for data entry and reporting. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other material handling equipment; forklift certification is a plus. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and international trade regulations is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
