Duties / Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, and process incoming materials and inventory shipments. Pick, pack, label, and consolidate customer orders accurately according to pick sheets and custom project requirements. Assist with stocking aisles, moving inventory, and placing parts/goods in designated bin locations. Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory auditing tasks. Prepare equipment and products for deployment, safely operating power tools and assembly equipment when required. Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse aisles, workstations, and loading docks. Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety guidelines, and workplace compliance standards. Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned. Regularly work in an outside yard using basic construction tools to drill into Fiberglass Cabinets. Required Skills / Abilities Strong attention to detail and accurate inventory tracking skills. Good communication, teamwork, and task prioritization abilities. Technical aptitude and comfort operating hand and power tools safely. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using basic computer software or inventory scanning devices. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing environment preferred. Forklift experience or certification is preferred. Familiarity with basic inventory management software or scanners preferred. Pay: $15.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Garner, NC 27529 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
