Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse functions. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure accurate stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and warehouse management software. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in ERP systems such as AS400 or similar inventory management software. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring the safety of all equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts. Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; familiarity with warehouse distribution is preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping of shipments and inventory movements. Excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment techniques, and international trade regulations is a plus.
