Warehouse Associate

Receive and Inspect Materials Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders. Report and document any damage or discrepancies. Move and Transport Materials Safely move raw materials, parts, and finished goods to designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Support production or warehouse operations by ensuring timely material flow. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, labeling, and data entry. Perform counts and assist in physical inventory audits. Order Picking and Packing Pick materials or products from inventory using appropriate procedures. Pack, label, and prepare shipments according to company or customer requirements. Maintain Clean and Safe Work Area Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents. Keep workspaces organized and clean to support lean manufacturing principles. Operate Material Handling Equipment Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently. Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report maintenance issues. Document and Report Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory forms accurately. Communicate any issues with materials, inventory levels, or safety concerns to supervisors. Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure material needs are met. Assist in resolving material shortages or discrepancies. Support Continuous Improvement Suggest process improvements for material handling efficiency and safety. Participate in training and cross-training efforts as needed. Perform Other Duties as Assigned
