Job Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by assisting Receivers, Room Replenishment Leads, and other warehouse employees with the completion of their assigned responsibilities. Depending on daily operational needs, this position may assist with receiving, product movement, put away, replenishment, rotation, down stacking, organization, cleaning, and other general warehouse activities. The Warehouse Associate is expected to follow direction from assigned leads and supervisors, safely handle products and equipment, maintain product quality, and help ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Success in this role requires dependability, flexibility, teamwork, safe work practices, and a willingness to assist with changing priorities throughout the workday Responsibilities Assist Receivers with unloading, down stacking, counting, labeling, organizing, and moving inbound products. Assist Room Replenishment Leads with put away, replenishment, product rotation, down stacking, combining, and general organization of assigned warehouse areas. Move products between receiving, storage, selection, staging, and other designated warehouse locations as directed. Safely load, unload, stack, organize, and handle products using appropriate warehouse equipment. Assist with maintaining properly stocked and organized selection locations. Follow established product rotation procedures when moving, organizing, or replenishing inventory. Handle products carefully to prevent unnecessary damage, contamination, or product loss. Identify damaged, spoiled, poor-condition, or otherwise questionable products and communicate concerns to the appropriate Lead, supervisor, or Quality Control. Assist with identifying and correcting misplaced or improperly stored products. Accurately scan products and warehouse locations when required. Assist with maintaining clean, organized, safe, and accessible warehouse areas. Complete assigned cleaning, organization, and general housekeeping tasks. Respond to changing daily priorities and assist in warehouse areas where additional support is needed. Follow direction from Receivers, Room Replenishment Leads, supervisors, and other designated warehouse leadership. Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as required. Follow all company food safety, product handling, warehouse safety, and equipment operation policies. Assist with other receiving, replenishment, inventory, order selection, and general warehouse activities as needed. Perform other warehouse and quality-related duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical warehouse work for extended periods. Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other required warehouse material-handling equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the direction of multiple Leads and supervisors. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining safe product-handling practices. Ability to work in refrigerated or other temperature-controlled warehouse environments for extended periods. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adjust to changing daily priorities.
