Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks accurately using warehouse management systems Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting packages, and ensuring proper documentation Conduct heavy lifting, packaging, and load & unload operations to prepare products for shipment or storage Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular inspections of equipment and storage areas Assist with manufacturing or construction-related tasks as needed, applying mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance or assembly Support inventory management through cycle counts, stock replenishment, and accurate data entry in warehouse systems Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn new skills Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or order pickers is highly desirable Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse management systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory control Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining safety standards at all times Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
