We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using computers and inventory systems, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Create shipping labels, shipping documents, and maintain accurate records. Process outgoing shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle customer returns, replacement orders, and related documentation. Receiving & Inventory Management Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and proper warehouse organization. Perform inventory verification, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting. Track inventory movements and assist with stock management. Warehouse Operations Use NetSuite and other company systems to process orders, track inventory, and manage warehouse activities. Coordinate replacement orders and support operational requests from internal departments. Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify operational issues and suggest practical solutions to improve workflow and efficiency. Independently prioritize daily tasks and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Collaborate with team members and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Required Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory management, or order fulfillment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, and handling merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Experience with NetSuite, ERP, or warehouse management systems. Familiarity with shipping software, shipping labels, and order processing. Experience with inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy procedures. Experience in e-commerce, distribution, or retail warehouse operations. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $19.00–$22.00 , based on experience and qualifications. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.
