Warehouse AssociateJob Summary Nutra Link LLC is seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is primarily responsible for receiving, shipping, order preparation, material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to follow instructions, works well as part of a team, and is willing to perform a variety of warehouse and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor based on daily business needs. Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, order preparation, material handling, stocking, and warehouse organization. Load, unload, move, organize, and store materials, products, packages, and supplies. Verify product names, quantities, purchase orders, receiving information, packing lists, and other warehouse documentation. Assist with bills of lading (BOLs), receiving records, packing lists, inventory records, and other required warehouse documents. Take receiving, inventory, product, or shipment photos and submit required documentation according to company procedures. Prepare, label, pack, stage, and organize products and materials for shipment, storage, or internal use. Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and properly. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, stock checks, material organization, and inventory-related tasks as assigned. Maintain accurate records and promptly report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or other issues to the supervisor. Keep the warehouse, storage areas, loading areas, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and organized. Follow company safety procedures, warehouse policies, GMP requirements, and other applicable operating procedures. Follow the supervisor’s instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required timeframe. Assist with different warehouse functions and operational needs as directed by the supervisor. Be flexible in performing various duties based on daily workload, staffing, priorities, and business needs. Support coworkers and other departments with warehouse-related tasks when assigned. Promptly communicate any safety concerns, damaged products, equipment problems, inventory discrepancies, or other operational issues to the supervisor. Perform general cleaning, organizing, moving, packing, labeling, sorting, and other warehouse support tasks as needed. Complete other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management . Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory, production, or material-handling experience is preferred. Must be able to read English instructions, product information, labels, shipping documents, and warehouse records. Must be able to accurately count, identify, and verify products and materials. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to maintain regular attendance. Must be able and willing to follow instructions, procedures, and work assignments provided by supervisors and management. Must be flexible and willing to perform a variety of warehouse duties based on operational needs. Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Pallet jack or forklift experience is preferred. Experience completing BOLs, receiving records, packing lists, inventory records, or other warehouse documentation is preferred. Must demonstrate attention to detail and maintain an organized work area. Must follow workplace safety rules and company policies at all times. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
