The Opportunity The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with shipping, receiving, and stocking of materials including general warehouse labor. Assist with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in warehouse. What Success Looks Like Materials and products are received, stored, and issued accurately and on time. Inventory counts and documentation are accurate and up to date. Shipping and order preparation are completed efficiently and correctly. The warehouse is organized, clean, and operates safely RESPONSIBILITIES: Inventory & Materials Management Supply production with raw materials and packaging as required. Complete accurate monthly inventory counts. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and location audits. Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments based on SOPs. Process receiving, shipping, transfers, returns, and other warehouse transactions. Complete necessary paperwork and data entry thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner. Inspect products for damages; report as need. Tag and label materials. Contribute ideas in processes and organization in the warehouse. Shipping & Order Preparation Assemble goods to be shipped and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions. Unload and place products appropriately. Report damaged, missing, incorrect products, and missing documentation. Assist with resolving discrepancies. Workplace Safety & Cleanliness Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Cleaning and sanitation duties. Other tasks as assigned. Follow OSHA, company safety, quality, and operating procedures. Assist with warehouse housekeeping and general maintenance in the warehouse QUALIFICATIONS: Experience & Education High school graduation or GED required. Previous warehouse / receiving experience is preferred. Experience with warehouse equipment including but not limited to; hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts. Technical Skills Valid forklift certification is preferred. Basic computer skills preferred. Interpersonal Skills Strong ability to work as part of a team. Strong ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate with other departments. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Stand or walk for an extended period on a hard surface Lift up to 40 lbs. Reach, kneel, or crouch Ability to work in a 24/7 production environment.
