Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution center! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations by efficiently handling inventory, packaging, and supporting order fulfillment processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and gain hands-on experience. Responsibilities Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization using warehouse management systems such as AS400 and RF scanners. Operate pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely across the facility. Perform stock stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment for manufacturing and distribution needs. Package items per contract requirements and place into boxes. Box weights could range from 1 lb to 70 lbs. Support warehouse distribution activities by load & unload operations, order picking, and packaging products for shipment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve processes, and uphold safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and materials handling is beneficial but not required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 34.0 per week Work Location: In person
