We work in a hands-on warehouse and manufacturing environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and dependable people make a difference. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and helps move the team forward. On a small team, priorities can change throughout the day. You should be comfortable moving between production, packaging, cleaning, and warehouse tasks to help get the job done safely and correctly. We value people who notice what needs attention, communicate clearly, and take initiative. Experience is helpful, but reliability, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic matter most. Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to work your scheduled shifts. Help manufacture, assemble, label, and package products according to instructions. Operate equipment safely after training. Check finished products for accuracy, quality, and presentation. Help organize inventory and prepare orders. Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and production standards. Communicate problems early and help find solutions. Support teammates and help complete daily production goals. Pitch in wherever needed within your training and safety guidelines. What makes you a good fit You’re dependable and follow through on commitments. Production, packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. What we offer Hands-on training.
