Warehouse Supervisor – Mahwah, NJ Ikohe Inc. – Leading Supplier of Jewelry Tools, Equipment & Supplies Ikohe Inc., a top supplier and wholesaler in the jewelry tools and equipment industry, is seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Mahwah, New Jersey headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a hands-on, moderately paced environment and is committed to ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and quality control Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders Maintain high service levels and ensure customer satisfaction Assist in daily tasks as needed — a “roll up your sleeves” attitude is a must Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse layout Communicate effectively with team members and management Facilitate cycle counting and/or inventory counts Requirements: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role (supervisory experience required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working in a moderate-paced, hands-on environment If you’re someone who takes pride in getting the job done right, enjoys leading a team, and values organization and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
