Warehouse Associate

This position is responsible for helping with the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Pick and pack customer orders accurately Prepare, label, and package orders for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight shipments Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization Load and unload trucks as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Verify products and quantities before orders are shipped Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment Assist with assembling, labeling, repackaging, or preparing products as needed Communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, and shipping issues to management Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned Requirements Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to follow instructions and established procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills needed. Ability to safely lift and move boxes and products throughout the workday. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. Reliability and a positive attitude are extremely important to us.
