Warehouse Associate

Job Overview Here at Liftmatic we sell dampers, gas springs, and shock absorbers. Everything we ship has to leave our building complete, correct, and undamaged. The Warehouse Associate is the person who makes that happen. You'll pull parts against pick tickets, stage them for shipment, and keep our inventory counts accurate. If you're dependable and have the drive to learn new things, this is steady full-time work with room to grow into management or sales roles. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure safe handling of goods Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with our inventory management software Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in Fishbowl Advanced Inventory Conduct inventory consolidation to support seamless order fulfillment processes Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and managing load & unload schedules Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols and operational standards Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with warehouse management systems or Fishbowl Advanced Inventory is highly desirable Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus Ability to lift 50 pounds independently Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Excellent data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy for documentation purposes Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous Demonstrating a desire for position growth is advantageous Benefits 6 days a year of paid company holidays After one year of employment, 2 weeks of paid time off Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Fort Myers, FL 33913 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
