This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Shipping & Order Fulfillment Use voice-picking technology to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders Assemble and verify orders for accuracy and quality before shipment Load outbound shipments and process orders using the Infor/CSD/WMS platform Receiving & Inventory Control Unload and inspect inbound merchandise for accuracy and quality Check in products against purchase orders and apply SKU labels Move, sort, and store materials in designated locations for efficient retrieval Forklift & Equipment Operation Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers after successful completion of company-provided training and OSHA-required certification Transport, stack, and store pallets following all safety guidelines Inventory Management Assist with physical inventory and scheduled cycle counts Identify and report inventory discrepancies Maintain organized storage areas to support operational efficiency Safety & Housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Wear required PPE including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves Follow all safety policies and report hazards or equipment issues immediately Work safely in indoor, outdoor, hot, and cold environments General Responsibilities Follow company policies and supervisor instructions Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals Perform additional duties as assigned Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude What You Bring Required Qualifications: Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent training/education Training provided for candidates new to warehousing Skills & Abilities Basic English reading and writing skills sufficient to understand safety instructions, labels, and operating procedures. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Physical Requirements The physical requirements represent the essential functions of the role.
