Warehouse Associate

Hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid meal period and legally required paid rest breaks. Why join GTP Everyone here is obsessed with good work. You will never be asked to cut corners. You will be encouraged to share input and help shape your role in ways that make the entire operation better. You'll work with an amazing team and two founders who have made building this company their life's mission. We're trying to compress an entire career's worth of learning and growth into the next 2-3 years. We move with purpose, hold ourselves to high standards, and expect everyone to contribute to building a great company. What This Role Is All About This isn't about clocking in and waiting to be told what to pick. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, moves with urgency, and owns their work. Every order needs to ship accurately and on time. We thrive on clear procedures and attention to detail. We take the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse seriously. If a customer walks through our doors or past our loading dock, what should they think? That their order is in good hands. A clean, organized warehouse reflects the care we put into every shipment. When something looks off, you catch it, fix it, and keep things moving instead of letting an error ship to a customer. You'll work closely with our warehouse manager and COO, making sure orders are picked, packed, and ready to go before our daily cutoff. This is your chance to become someone the entire operation counts on and whose contributions are recognized. Who You Are You put the team's success first and are willing to help wherever needed. You can break complicated tasks into clear, actionable steps. You take ownership of your work and pride yourself on accuracy. You're detail-oriented and work efficiently under daily deadlines. Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a big plus. Forklift experience is even better. You're able to stand and move throughout the day and lift up to 50 lbs, with reasonable accommodation where required. You're comfortable with scanners, spreadsheets, and basic online systems. You're professional, proactive, and motivated to grow. Perks Small, tight-knit team. Fast growth. Real ownership of your work. Free Friday lunch. Paid holidays. Flexible time off, subject to company policy and applicable law.
