Warehouse Associate

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics operation ! Hours are M-F 8 am to 4:30 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools. Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods with forklifts and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety standards. Conduct inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain organized storage areas to support accurate inventory management. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with shipping & receiving procedures. Perform data entry tasks related to order fulfillment, stock movements, and shipment documentation to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Support packaging activities to protect products during transit and ensure timely dispatch of orders. Collaborate with team members on stock replenishment, order picking & packing, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and calculating shipment weights or dimensions. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification is preferred but not mandatory as training can be provided. A proactive attitude towards safety procedures and teamwork is essential for maintaining an efficient warehouse operation.
