POSITION OVERVIEW Position Overview The Warehouse Associate is a key contributor to daily warehouse operations, responsible for manual order fulfillment, product handling and supporting overall inventory accuracy. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of orders through hands-on work, quality checks, and adherence to all safety and operational standards within the warehouse environment. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment & Material Handling Accurately pick, sort, and prepare products for customer orders, including case picking, kitting, lumping, and assembly. Assist with e-commerce and value-added service (VAS) order processing, following specific work instructions. Load and unload products as needed to support daily operations. Quality, Safety & Compliance Perform visual quality checks to verify correct products, proper quantities, and compliance with customer packaging and shipping requirements. Identify and report product defects, damages, or missing inventory to management. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in safety and compliance training. Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Teamwork & Communication Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily productivity and service goals. Take coaching and feedback constructively, communicating respectfully with others at all times. Promote a positive and collaborative team environment. Perform other related job duties as assigned or required Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent – or equivalent relevant experience. At least six (6) months of general work experience. Ability to safely operate and maneuver electric pallet jacks and hand-operated pallet jacks. Basic math and reading skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments. Prior experience with value-added services (VAS) and order fulfillment systems. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Familiarity with electronic record-keeping and label printing systems. Experience collaborating with customer operations or inventory teams. Physical Requirements: This position requires the physical ability to Stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours, depending on shift) Sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed Climb stairs, ladders, and/or scaffolds at various heights including ground-level and racking zones frequently Reach with hands and arms overhead and below waist level Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Occasionally lift heavier items with or without assistance Use fine motor skills/manual dexterity to operate equipment, tools, or keyboards Frequently use hands and fingers to handle, grasp, or control objects See clearly at close range and at distance, with peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Hear and understand verbal instructions, alarms, and equipment signals in a noisy environment Work Environment: This position operates in a warehouse and distribution center environment.
