Bright Medical is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are seeking a qualified Warehouse Associate candidate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, from inventory management to order fulfillment, all while maintaining a safe and organized environment. We have a strict 5:55AM start time; no exceptions. Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Load and unload shipments efficiently using lifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels and support inventory accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Support warehouse distribution activities by collaborating with team members to optimize workflow processes such as order picking & packing, stocking, etc. Experience Prior experience (2-3 years) working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping logistics, inventory management. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment such as pallet jacks; certification is a plus but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
