Warehouse Associate

Spartan Industries is currently hiring part-time seasonal warehouse employees for immediate openings to support our fulfillment operations during our busy season. This seasonal position is expected to run from now through approximately February or March 2027, with the possibility of additional opportunities based on business needs and individual performance. The position will assist in multiple areas of our warehouse, including order picking and packing, inventory management, product assembly, and assembly-line fulfillment. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Employees must be willing to move between different responsibilities throughout the day based on order volume and operational needs. Primary Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using our warehouse management system and tablet-based equipment. Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment. Participate in assembly-line fulfillment of subscription boxes, product kits, promotional packages, and other customer orders. Count, organize, stock, and replenish inventory. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts. Verify SKUs, quantities, sizes, colors, and other product variations. Label, bag, package, and prepare products for fulfillment. Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory when needed. Maintain clean and organized picking, packing, assembly, and inventory areas. Identify damaged, missing, or incorrectly located inventory. Work with other warehouse team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines. Assist in other warehouse functions as needed during periods of high order volume. Schedule & Seasonal Availability This is a part-time seasonal position operating within our normal warehouse schedule of: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Part-time employees will be scheduled during these operating hours based on workload and business needs. We have immediate openings available, with seasonal employment expected to continue through approximately February or March 2027. Candidates should have reliable availability during the seasonal period and be willing to work additional hours when available during higher-volume periods. Qualifications Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance. Strong work ethics and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to learn warehouse software, tablets, scanners, and inventory systems. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, receiving, or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to work in multiple areas of the warehouse as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, lift, carry, and move products. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Comfortable working in both conditioned and non-conditioned warehouse areas. Ability to safely use warehouse carts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment after training.
