Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory through accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Duties Operate warehouse management systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment. Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling tools. Maintain organized storage by stocking shelves, managing inventory locations, and conducting regular stock counts using inventory management software. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment documentation, and inventory updates to ensure accuracy across all systems including AS400 and MRP platforms. Support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, safe environment, conducting safety inspections, and adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for order quantities and measurements. Valid certification for forklift operation is advantageous; training can be provided for the right candidate. Strong data entry skills coupled with excellent attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping. Good communication skills with a focus on customer service orientation when interacting with team members or external partners. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics operations is desirable.
