RESPONSIBILITIES Lead daily parts department operations, including purchasing, inventory control, counter sales, shipping, and receiving. Hire, train, coach, and supervise parts department employees. Manage departmental budgets, sales goals, expenses, and profitability. Maintain accurate inventory records, improve inventory turnover, and reduce obsolete stock. Oversee stock orders, special orders, returns, warranty parts, and manufacturer credits. Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians receive the correct parts promptly.
