Warehouse Associate
ConfidentialAbout Us We're a growing custom packaging company in Vista, CA that supplies eco-friendly mailers, boxes, and bags to e-commerce brands across the country. We're a small, hands-on team, and we're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help keep orders moving out the door accurately and on time. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Print shipping labels and stage outbound packages for carrier pickup (UPS, FedEx, USPS) Receive incoming inventory, check it against packing slips, and put it away Build, wrap, and label pallets for freight shipments Keep inventory organized and help with regular cycle counts Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Flag damaged goods, shortages, or other issues to the team What We're Looking For Reliable, on time, and detail-oriented Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for most of the shift Comfortable using a computer or tablet for labels and basic inventory tracking Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience Room to grow as the company grows Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
