Warehouse Associate
BERNESSAbout the Role We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in City of Industry, CA. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Receive and process incoming stock and materials Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed) Assist with regular inventory counts and stock audits Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals ⸻ Qualifications Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus Forklift certification is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ⸻ Benefits $19/hr Paid time off and holidays Overtime opportunities On-the-job training provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
