Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and experience with various equipment and systems used in inventory control and materials handling. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to facilitate the movement of goods. Manage inventory through effective stocking, picking & packing, and order fulfillment processes. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and locations. Perform shipping & receiving duties, ensuring accurate documentation. Assist in heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as needed, ensuring proper techniques are followed to prevent injury. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment. Experience Experience in a warehouse setting with a focus on inventory management and distribution. Valid Driver's License Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred. Experience with RF scanners for tracking inventory is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations is advantageous. Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
