You’ll: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision Load/unload trucks and manage incoming/outgoing shipments Verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders Use barcode scanners and systems to track inventory Cut materials (aluminum/brush) to exact specifications Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization Build pallets, stage shipments, and prepare freight Operate equipment including forklifts and machinery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Support teammates and jump in where needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer/data entry skills Mechanical aptitude + problem-solving mindset Team-first attitude with strong communication skills What Matters Here At Action Industries, safety, respect, and teamwork are non-negotiable.
