Warehouse Associate

Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload goods efficiently. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry into warehouse management systems. Assist with shipping & receiving processes, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping documentation standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to operate equipment including forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure precise recordkeeping. Good communication skills with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
