WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - 1st Shift Picker, Packer, and Unloading. 9:30am - 6:00pm

Job Description (1st Shift) WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Order Picking, Invoicing, and Unloading. Globus Global Safety is located in Ramsey, Minnesota and is one of the leading glove & safety wear providers in the United States. Globus Global Safety manufactures and distributes industrial work gloves, high-visibility safety wear, and Bullhead Safety eye-wear; selling through authorized distributors/wholesalers in North, Central and South America. Summary/Objective: The Warehouse associate deals with general material handling and tracking packages within the warehouse, loading and unloading trailers, shipping and receiving. Essential Functions: · Pull orders, stage product, or prepare orders for shipment. · Load or unload trucks making sure that freight processes and safety procedures are followed. · Help in maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. · Restock materials accurately. Competencies: · Basic computer skills. · Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. · Previous warehouse experience is preferred. · Ability to stand, bend, twist, climb and reach throughout complete shift. · Attention to detail. Understands this is crucial to the customer experience. · Ability to communicate effectively. · Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds cases. · Ability to work unsupervised to finish a given project. Required Education and Experience: · High school diploma preferred. Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm.
