Job Description This is a permanent full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay! Regular hours for this position are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm for 1st shift and Sunday thru Thursday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am for 3rd shift. Overtime including working on weekends may be required during peak season. SCOPE OF ROLE The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain operations of a company. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving and Processing Stock: Unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items appropriately Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checks Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations Documentation: Creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items, often requiring the use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are processed accurately and inventory is managed correctly Organizational Skills: Efficiently organizing stock and maintaining a clean workspace Teamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lifting Capacity – ability to lift up to 30 lbs Mobility – Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc. Exposure – Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environment Additional Information The US base hourly pay range for this full-time position is targeting $16.00 - $17.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
